Very good! Adis was very helpful and did what he said he would. Gave me a fair deal for part exchange and provided an 18 month warranty for peace of mind. A big thank you. Would buy from Novo Auto again.

PLEASE, PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
So our Journey started on the 4th Nov by picking up a car with an engine Management Light on, being told they will have it fixed with 7 to 10 working days. We can even come back with the car and as it is only a 20-minute job we can have a coffee and take the car away on the same day.
After many e-mails and phone calls asking when the car will be picked up and fixed even after given three dates, we can give the car up and no reply, we then give another 3 dates and have to chase twice to get a response. The car is collected in the morning and taken away, when we chase in the afternoon to see where the car is we are told it will be ready tomorrow afternoon (2 days to do a 20-minute job?). We ask for a Loan car as we need another car while this one is away, we give over a 19k car and are given a 1k Astra that stinks to high heaven, the fob does not work you have to unlock the car by the key, it needs a service so the computer tells me, I have to start the car via jumper leads twice over the week we have the car.
When we chased the for the car and ask for it back, I am being told that I am not very empathic to the fact that the Managers (Adis) friends house has burnt down and he is trying to help out, I am sorry but in what world is someone’s personal life got to do with my car and the fact that you can not run a garage and have any customer service at all?
Also we are told the original sensor was not the right sensor and they need to order the part again so will have to have the car longer.
We chase up to find where the car is to be told now that the car is on the ramp having the Oil leak sorted with the bumpers off, I am sorry what oil leak and why is this being looked at when it went in for a sensor to be replaced? We now get the fob story that they are paying for it to be on the ramp, I am sorry you pay for a job to be down you don’t pay for ramp time. We say we want the car back ASAP as we want to take this to a known garage where we know the work will be down, Adis says he will chase Land Rover for the Sensor and get back to us, a little while latter the Sensor is being delivered tomorrow 9th December and we can collect the car in the afternoon.
9th December we call (yes we have to call they don’t call us to let us know it is fixed and ready) to find the car is ready for collection, we drive the death trap Astra to the Garage. Adis is no where to be seen so the Gent that dealt with us knew nothing of the hassle and struggles, we have had. We get told the sensor has been replaced and the oil filter (again why was this done when the car was meant to have a service before we picked it up in the first place?), No paper work to show what has gone on.
We were also meant to have the Service Light removed as they have had meant to done this on the Service, no such luck, we are also meant to have a 12 month RAC Warranty and are yet to see the paper work on this.
Then on the 10th December not even a day later guess what, the engine warning light is back on so what the hell did they do?
***UPDATE***
So we have taken the car to a JLR specialist and within 30mins have told us the DPF filter is blocked and this should of been changed on the last service (which Novo Auto said they did), they have turned off the Service Light as well and the Auto Start Stop is not working as the battery is coming to the end of life.
All items Novo Auto should have sorted.
We are still waiting on the RAC warranty promised us.

Verily helpful and friendly service, they went out of there way for me both times I've dealt with them, honest and very well priced cars. Can't fault them, if you are looking for a reliable and fair priced car take a visit to the dealership in Swindon. I will only go here.for cars.and any service.& MOTs from now on.as.they have a realiable & experienced mechanic on site.

Purchased a Nissan X-Trail from Novoauto back in April 2023.
The team was very helpful and transparent and answered all my questions in a professional manner.
Subsequently the car was serviced, valetted, a minor body dent repaired and delivered to my address in London.
Been driving the car for six months with no issues and very happy with it.
Overall a very pleasant experience with Novoauto.

Overall a great experience, the owner and the team were very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all the details. Buying car is a big investment, you want to buy it from a trusted place, I had a great communication throughout the process which made buying car a smooth transaction. A very happy customer in here. Warning: Unethical Business Practices at Novo Auto Ltd, Swindon
Beware - Don't Fall into the Trap!I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Novo Auto Ltd to protect others from the unscrupulous practices I've encountered. Here's a detailed account of the events:
Saturday, 21st October 2023 at 16:18: Sales person Asif requested a refundable £100 for a vehicle viewing confirmation.
Saturday, 21st October 2023 at 16:31: I made an online bank transfer of £100 to secure a viewing.
Sunday, 22nd October 2023: Viewed the vehicle, expressed dissatisfaction on multiple issues, and informed Asif, who agreed to give me time until Monday to decide.
Monday, 23rd October 2023: Communicated my decision not to purchase via email and call. Asif assured a refund by Wednesday.
Wednesday, 25th October 2023: Despite assurances, no refund. Asif promised it would happen on Thursday.
Thursday, 26th October 2023: Refund not processed. Contacted Asif, and an unknown person named Adis, whom I've never met, claimed inability to refund without any reason.
Since then, Asif ceased communication, leaving me in an unresolved situation. Despite multiple follow-ups via phone and email, there has no further response.
This lack of transparency, unfulfilled promises, and violated UK car sale law and distant sale regulations. Potential customers, beware of these practices at Novo Auto Ltd.
I strongly advise against engaging with this establishment, as my experience suggests a disregard for customer satisfaction and ethical business conduct.

Purchased a car about a week ago, with a part exchange. This was an easy transaction. I had a test drive in the car beforehand and got the extended warranty. Adis is an easy man to get along with and is not trying to pull the wool over your eyes.

Awlful, just awful, Novo Autos do not deserve any star rating , Nova Auto sold me a car with a mileage defect of additional 28,000 miles, this defect appears when I tried to sale the vehicle, damaged my car while in their care, took months to repair the tailgate and rear bumper, due to their technician being away... rain leaks into the boot due to the gap between the roof and tailgate. they returned the vehicle without cleaning it after the repairs. Novo refused to correct the repairs, I paid an extra £200.00 to repair the wheels and the paint is peeling off!!! warning light stays on due to the wheel being removed and damaged the sensors. when I complained they are so rude informing me they have done their best to repair the damaged. I took the vehicle to another body works shop, who stated the workmanship is SHOCKING... Do not buy a car from this company

Very good experience with Novo Auto! Our car was in great condition, the service was excellent, even offering to fix a minor detail on the car for free of charge, it's clear they care greatly about their customers, highly highly recommend!
